To Our Customers Visiting Japan

At BLANCA, we are able to deliver products to your accommodation during your stay in Japan for travelers visiting Japan. Please check the following points of caution:

Delivery Time: The delivery of products will take approximately 7 days at the earliest from the time of order. Please confirm the delivery date in advance.
Delivery Restrictions: Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, Izu, and the Ogasawara Islands is not available. For other locations within Japan, please confirm with your accommodation regarding the acceptance of packages. Delivery to convenience stores is not available.
Expiration Date: The expiration date is approximately 10 days when refrigerated, including the delivery period.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit card payments, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Pay Later (Paidy).
Sales Purpose: The products are sold for consumption within Japan. We cannot accommodate tax exemption.
Additional Fees: In addition to the product price, consumption tax and shipping fees will apply.
For orders of 1 or 2 items: A flat rate of 1,300 yen (including tax) nationwide.
For orders of 3 or 4 items: A flat rate of 1,900 yen (including tax) nationwide.

Returns: We cannot accept returns for customer convenience. However, if there is a defective product or if the delivered item differs from the ordered item, we will accept returns only if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
